How to fit a gym in the corner of a small apartment

Fit all the material you need for your home workout in a 50cmx50cm space

As I have been exercising for the past five years I had to adapt regardful of the fact that I live in a medium apartment in Paris. After a while, I was able to get back to my previous rhythm using all the materials I bought.

I am well aware of the fact that many people have the same issue and since a lot of my friends and colleagues have asked me to share with them how I manage to work out indoors, I have decided to write these words.

The first part of this article will discuss the materials I have bought and I use to exercise at my apartment while the second part will focus on the main worry of storing all the equipment in a 50 by 50 cm area in a way that makes it easy to put away and take out the gear

I prefer the ones with threads rather than rings because they can be loaded heavier.

The handles can be used with the elastics.

NB: This article is not an advertisement for these particular brands or products. I genuinely appreciate and use these types of equipment for my home workouts, but they can be easily replaced with similar items from your favorites brands.

Equipment’s compact & smart storing

Many people are reluctant to buy sports equipment for fear that it will take up a lot of space in their apartment. Having thought about the subject long enough and being a storage maniac, I have come up with a compact storage method that allows you to store your “gym” in a 50cm x 50cm space in the corner of any room of your apartment.
